Capitalism places a very high regard for private profit as a "supreme" ruler of social behavior.

The "profit" motive existed prior to capitalism and it was not universally recognized as positively as our society recognizes it.

How does training resolve this conflict?

Within its own organization?

Between its organization and those that it services?

Between the learners and the stakeholders that they service?
