We are used to three generations in the workplace - will there soon be four? Will there ever be five?

 

We are used to one language in the workplace and one alphabet - ones that we were quite familiar with. Will there be more? - or will language and alphabet be replaced with images and sounds?

 

What about laws, ethics, standards, customs?

 

Does it (perhaps did it ever) make sense for a central entity to design training that is distributed outward through layers that adapt it to local needs while maintaining consistency with the central vision?

 

Could it make sense for the extremes to simply be "educated" on the central vision and then have access to tools that enable training to be developed from the "outside - in?"
