What values drive success in the workplace? Financial? Legal? Spiritual?

Does the training organization need to understand the values of the  business unit and the individuals that are being trained?

It seems like financial and legal values are openly discussed but that spiritual values are disguised or ignored?

Is there an assumption about spiritual values implicit in the way people are trained?

What are the financial, legal and spiritual implications of:

1. Cheating on tests?

2. Providing course content that is out-of-date?

3. Providing only "part of the truth" in teaching the sales force about their competition?

4. Providing training that does not create an increase in learner performance?

What other complications would a spiritual value introduce in the workplace learning environment?
