24 March E-Commerce: The Challenge (....CANNIBALIZE...)
If you could describe the ideal and most efficient and most effective way of learning what would it be?
Would we be visting classrooms more frequently?
Would we be logging into LMS's more frequently?
Would learning be finding us before we found it?
What role will technology play in your "ideal."
Would your ideal eliminate other metheods of learning or create more "appetite" for them?
In my opinion we should close the debate on "classroom vs. e-learning" since it is no longer relevant.
Both will deploy technology in ever more innovative ways. Technology will evolve to enable live "instructor" led training as an ever-present option usually in the form of social learning. Social learning will be an ever-present companion to the instructor and to the learner - whether in the classroom or online.

From purely a business perspective - how has technology changed distribution channels (vs. changing delivery methods) of learning?
For example - LinkedIn is now a channel for Lynda.com (which it bought.)
Anyone can be a channel for anything Amazon sells.
What new channels has your business developed because of technology?
