It seems like economic realities are the ultimate "judge" of our values.

 

It is common to "follow the flow" of the money to determine the source of a crime or to place liability in the case of a law suit.

 

So while we have made significant economic gains it is hard to prove that the social gains have been as significant (e.g. divorce rates; homelessness; foster children.)

 

From a training perspective we have made significant economic gains in the cost to develop and deliver content. Have we also made significant gains in the productivity of the learner?

 

What is the best example of your performance has been improved by a formal learning activity?
