Drucker asserts that managment's role is to bring out the strength of the people for whom they are responsible. Great sports coaches are known for putting players into positions where they can succeed.

As "trainers" whether in the classroom or online we are "managing the learning" of our company's employees, customers and partners. Are we designing our learning activities to bring out the best?

What does this mean? How would we know?
