Corporate "politics" are a fact of life.

 

It seems, however, that they are either ignored or spoken about in hushed voices and as if they are intended to work to the detriment of the entity.

 

In fact, they occur because they ensure the viability of the entity.

 

Many people admit to being "poor" at politics or wishing they were better at "politics" or claiming to have no "politics."
