Traditional training has been caught in the balance between the need for short term results and the need to invest for the future.

Oftentimes we see that training is "cut" so that near term profit goals may be positively impacted by the elimination of travel and training costs and the increased productivity associated by keeping the employee "in the field."

Is it possible for training to impact long term and short term goals simultaneously?

Today I met with Chris Carneal and learned about the work of Booster Enterprise as I allowed Chris a few words as I delivered the Georgia LEARNS "spiel." The work of his company is an example of how to create short term results with young people while building character for the long term.
