How successful can you be doing something you do not enjoy?
If we are focused on results without enjoyment we are headed for burnout.
Clearly if we just enjoy and do not produce results then we will need an alternate source of funding.
From a training perspective we need to find a way to enjoy the results experienced by our clients. One way to do this is to make sure that our compensation is in line with their success.
Is this possible?
