Just as the conductor of an orchestra is not likely to be able to play every instrument the leader of the training organization will not be able to use every technology tool, classroom technique or understand the subject matter that supports every learning objective.

 

And, as with the conductor, the leader of the training organization must assure that everyone is playing from the same sheet of music.

 

The goals for the leader and the goals for the training specialist must be congruent.
