What would be the impact to your self-worth and to the perception of others about your work if you could prove that your work directly contributed to the improved performance by others?

 

When hring a manager - do you seek a hard worker? - or one that is known to have managed teams that produced well. How ironic that in professional sports the best managers were oftemtimes only mediocre at performing the skill that they maange!

 

When hiring a trainer/course developer - do you seek a hard worker? -or one that can demonstrate that the courses they deliver have contributed to improved performance by others?
