Your Revenue Driver

This chapter explains why "social media tools and technology" have become so important and at the same time why traditional approaches struggle to effectrively embrace the tools and technology.

Tradtionally, learning is provided from the top of the hierarchy. This is necessary when we are "young" or "new." We outgrow this as we "age", gain experience and choose what to do rather than take orders for what to do.

The question for training organizations is to assure that the value and responsibilities that it embraces and rewards - are consistent with the organizations that it services.

Drucker challenges us to look at our  goals, relationships and communications and accept responsibility for assuring that they are integrated from the bottom up and outside in with the goals, relationships and communications that are valued by our customers.
