Costs associated with travel, translation, delivery and consumption of training will vary from learner to learner. The costs that are related to supporting the learner on the job may also vary depending upon the skills of the learner and their work environment (e.g. remotely managed vs. in the same building as the team.)

It is easier to roll these costs up and then ignore them. Does this make business sense to do so?

What can the learning function do in order to help training make economic sense?

What is the economic chain related to the education of children?

Is it easier to "roll these up" and ignore them?
