If at first you don't succeed.....don't stay in the wilderness.

While we admire persistence and those that never give up we must also admit that human existence is not about making a living from failing.

What have we tried, tried again and again - and failed?

Thanks to Jon Revelos for introducing me to Brad Kolar. I spoke with Brad today and learned from him several important things - one was - Our Mindset is likely to be more important to our success than our Toolset. So while the thinking models above are "tools" - what really matters is the Mindset that applies these tools.

Brad has also helped me articulate strategic thinking about data. Does training have enough data? the right data? the right mindset about data? If we did - would it help us avoid the wilderness and make better decisions about what we should "stop" doing?
